| Each project, which we take over, begins with meetings between C21ETV Inc. and a client or a company's decision-makers to focus the direction, identify the target market and define the parameters of the the project. We set goals and time-lines, together, discuss budget issues, individual responsibilities, and establish efficient means of information transfer. C21ETV researches existing projects that may have a similar mission/position in the market place, then starts work on the project. |

| HOW YOUR VIDEO WILL BE PUT TOGETHER? |

C21ETV Inc. uses the latest in technology, like off-line digital editing and digital cameras to produce video projects. We plan and execute video shoots, record voice-overs, create sound effects and music, and produce special effects. All of these things are edited, including titles, as necessary. We require client approval on things such as music, and key shots, throughout the production. When all elements are complete, the final edit is produced, and upon final approval, laid off to mastering tape. |
