Interested parties shall pay fifty (50) per cent of the actual cost of a package prior to having their ad run by C21ETV. The outstanding balance shall be due upon completion of contract. No interested party will be required to use C21ETV to develop, produce and convert its advertising content. Pre-produced ad content is welcome. The run time for each ad-spot shall individually be determined.
